Conditions for Returns
Due to strict health and hygiene regulations regarding food supplements, we can only accept returns if the products are:
- Unopened and in their original packaging.
- The protective seal must remain completely intact.
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your item.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@abcplus.ie with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
